LevelLink Privacy Policy
LevelLink measures the water level of your tank and shows it to you. We collect the minimum needed to do that, we do not sell data, and we do not show ads.
What we collect

The apps do not require an account. We do not collect your name, email address, contacts, location, or advertising identifiers.
Who processes data for us
Apple (App Store purchases and push delivery), Google (Play purchases, Firebase Cloud Messaging push delivery on Android), and Apphud (subscription validation and management). Sensor readings are stored on servers operated for LevelLink. We do not sell or rent data to anyone, and we share it with no one beyond these processors.
Retention and deletion
Sensor history is retained while your device is in service, because trends and forecasts are computed from it. You can delete all stored history for your device at any time using the Delete all History Data control on the sensor's own settings page, and remove registered phones with Delete Device Tokens. For any other deletion request, contact us and we will action it.
Children
LevelLink is a household utility and is not directed at children.
Australian Privacy Act
LevelLink is operated from Australia and handles personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles. You may request access to, or correction of, information we hold.
